Jackie has been teaching me how to take care of myself informally for years and now formally for the past few months. She has shown me how I can feel better with making minor changes to my diet. It honestly never occurred to me to drink more water! After she introduced me to the green smoothie breakfast I really could not go back. It had me at “healthy” but ended up being delicious too. And I cannot argue the health benefit. I really feel more awake and well in the day. I am an athlete and have dietary restrictions due to food allergies. Jackie’s health coaching has been able to adapt to both those needs seamlessly and without making me feel like I am missing out. And best of all I am skating faster than I have in the three years I have been playing roller derby which has given me a competitive edge. She has truly shown me the connection of how I feel and what I ingest and I thank her for that.”
