About
Hey Y’all!
I’m Jackie. I’m a Health Coach who helps busy people get healthy from the convenience of home.
I’m an upstate New York native living in The Big Easy (New Orleans). I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, a blood cancer, in 2007 – I was 22 years old, and a senior in college.
During my cancer…
I became passionate about health and wellness! During my battle with the little c-monster, I became a self-taught student of nutrition and vibrant health. Later, I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. My extensive knowledge of health and nutrition, combined with my fascination with technology and joie de vivre make me a
Digital Holistic Health Coach
I believe…
- that nutrition and self-love are essential to good livin’,
- that time management is a powerful tool to balance health/work/play, and that
- digital Health Coaching is a new and exciting way to help people get healthy from the comfort and convenience of their own homes- but most importantly
- that life is meant to be savored and enjoyed!
So, what do I do?
My mission statement:
I help busy, innovative people improve their health in easy, effective ways,
usually coaching people via the convenience of Skype or phone.
Based on my clients’ unique health goals, I provide diet, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations, and then support them in forming powerful, healthy habits that enable them to reach their goals through a flexible (2-6 month) coaching program.
I coach the majority of my clients via the magic and convenience of Skype.

PS! In addition to coaching clients, I obviously write this blog. Even if you’re not interested in coaching, I’d love to have you as a reader and to connect with you in other ways! This blog is a showcase of my research and musings when it comes to health and the things that make me happy in life (note! From time to time, there might just be a random post about how awesome riding bikes is, or the wonders of hula hooping
